
Meet the inland taipan, the snake with the most potent venom ever recorded. Native to Australia and sometimes called the "fierce snake," its venom is so toxic that a single bite could kill more than 100 adult humans without treatment. Fortunately, this species is shy and prefers to avoid confrontation. It lives in remote areas, far from human settlements, and is more likely to flee than attack.
